Are there any “well-kept secret” online resources that post good jobs for lawyers?

Q: Are there any “well-kept secret” online resources that post good jobs for lawyers?

A: Most lawyers know about sites like usajobs.gov and indeed.com that, in addition to jobs in other walks, have job postings for lawyers, and lawyer-dedicated sites like lawcrossing.com or lawjobs.com. But there are cool sites, both general and law-specific, you may not know about, such as idealist.org or the new abalcc.org.  There are also sector-specific job sites for lawyers like psjd.org, goinhouse.com, and jobline.acc.com.  You also may not know about sites posting non-practice roles for lawyers, such as pdclegal.org in its Career Center.

The Internet is a rich resource for your job search.  That said, don’t forget about networking to warm up your application to a posted job, to ferret out unposted jobs, or to create jobs similar to those you find in postings in locales not of interest to you.
