A: In addition to the 12 Questions in the Career Evaluation, ask yourself:

• Do you feel you have sufficient control over your career?

• Do you earn the money you want and have the time to enjoy it?

• Do you feel rewarded and appreciated in return for your efforts?

• Do you know how to compete effectively for a new job, should you decide it’s time to look?

• Do you know how to maximize your value and worth in the workplace?

If you hesitate or answer “no” to any of those questions, perhaps you’re not on as solid footing as you’d like. If you respond affirmatively to them, congratulate yourself on a career of which you can be proud.
